Knowing what you can afford and what program you will be using is an important factor for your home search. And, most sellers won’t even look at an offer without a pre-approval letter.

Go House Hunting

Let the fun begin! Through the search we set up for you, you will choose homes to see. We will set showings so you can see the home in person.

We will set you up with a search through the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) so you will have immediate access to the new listings as they hit the market…just like we do as realtors!

Make an Offer on a House

Once you find your perfect home, we will discuss the area sales, determine the price and terms you want to present and then prepare the offer.

Negotiation & Contract

We will negotiate on your behalf based on your end goals. Once we are able to come to terms with the Seller, you will be in contract!!

The contract will have specific timelines that we will need to follow including; inspections, financing, closing and possession. We will prepare a timeline and help keep you on track so that we don’t miss the deadlines.

Inspections & Appraisal

After you’re in contract we move into the inspection and appraisal phase. As your agent, we will help guide you through these processes.

Preparing for Closing

You’ll work with your lender on finalizing your loan details and providing any necessary documents and we will be working with the title company who will provide the Title Insurance and close your loan.

Final Details & Closing

As the closing date nears we will set up a final walk through, collect any receipts for repair items, set up your closing, provide you with a list of utility providers, make sure your warranties are in place and review the final settlement statement

When the BIG day arrives we will be right there with you! A title agent will go over the documents you’ll be signing. They also take care of the transfer of funds and ownership.
